DON'T WAIT IF YOU'RE...

"Can’t say enough about Dr. Lastname and his exceptional team. I just completed a year as a practice member and I feel fantastic. I have learned so much about healthy eating and continue to get compliments on how great I look and my positive energy. While the weight loss has been slow, about 30 pounds over the past year, my clothes fit so much better and I love how trim my waist feels!! What’s more is that my energy is finally back and now I can work out on a regular basis without feeling wiped out after".

"Several years ago, my primary physician recommended Dr. Lastname for a problem I was having. I've been back for various ailments over the years; each of which is met with a focused approach resulting in the desired result. Add in great conversation and a genuine caring attitude - truly a winning combination. I have recommended him many times to my friends."

HERE'S WHAT MOST PARENTS DON'T REALIZE...

Behavioral issues often have a surprising connection to breathing patterns that many providers miss. What looks like ADHD, anxiety, or focus problems might actually signal underlying breathing difficulties affecting your or your child's sleep, oxygen levels, and brain function. Left unaddressed, these patterns don't simply disappear with age. They often follow individuals into adulthood, showing up as chronic fatigue, mood disorders, or diminished quality of life.

What many dismiss as "just a phase" could actually be early warning signs of underlying developmental patterns that may affect your or your family's breathing, sleep, and overall wellness for years to come. Fortunately, addressing these interconnected challenges early as early as conception, allows individuals of all ages to establish healthy foundations for growth, preventing potential complications and supporting their complete developmental journey.

Every person's developmental journey is unique. Through detailed airway assessment, facial growth evaluation, and feeding analysis, we can spot subtle signs that impact development at every stage – from infancy through young adulthood. For expectant mothers, addressing patterns before birth creates the strongest possible foundation for a child's lifelong wellness. This precise understanding helps us guide growth effectively.
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT...
Most families come to us after years of being told their child's or their own - symptoms are "just a phase" or "normal for their age." Our free Discovery Call is a chance to actually be heard, ask real questions, and find out whether our root-cause approach is the right fit for your family. No pressure, no obligation.
We believe you deserve to make an informed decision before committing to any care plan. This call helps us understand your situation and helps you understand how we work - so we both know it's the right fit before moving forward.
We do not accept insurance directly, but we will provide a Superbill you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Many of our services are also HSA/FSA eligible.
Our care is hands-on by nature. The first 3-6 months of treatment typically require in-person visits, as many of our core services - including imaging, appliances, laser therapies, myofunctional therapy, and procedural care - must be done in our Ashburn, VA office for optimal outcomes. We want to be upfront about that because it matters for your results.
That said, we do incorporate a hybrid approach where appropriate, and certain aspects of ongoing care and follow-up can be done virtually. We also work with families who travel to see us and do our best to accommodate scheduling around distance.
If you're not local, we encourage you to reach out, we'll have an honest conversation about what your care plan would look like and whether the in-person commitment is feasible for your family before you take the next step.
We can't help everyone - and we'll be honest with you about that. If you're looking for a quick fix, our approach probably isn't the right fit. But if you're ready to understand the root causes and commit to a personalized wellness plan, we'd love to talk. That's exactly what the Discovery Call is for.
